ABOUT ME

Josh Hartman

I AM PART OF A SELECTED ELITE TEAM STRIVING FOR GOLD AT THE 2028 LOS ANGELES OLYMPICS.

I started cycling at the age of 12, following my cousin’s footsteps, who was an Olympic cyclist, The desire to continue this legacy keeps me motivated, driving me to set new goals, perform under pressure, pushing my body to its limits while experiencing the thrill of speed.

I strive to stand out and be one of the best in the world.

At 15, I had a near-death experience that left me in a coma for several weeks. Despite everyone's advice against it, I was back on the bike. A year to the day, I won my first road race.

This victory ignited a passion within me to push myself even harder. The desire to set new goals, and excel under pressure fuels my determination to be one of the best in the world.

TRACK CYCLIST

USA NATIONAL TEAM

I've been cycling for more than 14 years now, and it’s been a ride full of ups and down. Every race, every uphill battle, every victory and every defeat, they all weave together to create this crazy life full of experiences that have shaped me into the competitor I am today.

But you know what makes it all worth it? Sharing this journey with people like you. From the talented coaches who push me to my limits, to the friends who have my back through thick and thin, to the fans who cheer me on from the sidelines, and of course, my family back home in NY who are my rock.

It's mind-blowing, really. And it's a big reason why I work so hard to reach my goals. Knowing I've got this incredible support system behind me gives me the strength to keep pedaling forward, no matter what obstacles come my way. When I win, it's not just a victory for myself, but for all of us.

Thank you for being part of this journey!

LASTING LEGACIES

Giving back to the community by inspiring children and adults alike to to pursue and achieve their dreams.

What truly gives it all meaning and purpose is building something beyond myself.

I want to connect, inspire, and offer hope to others.

Ultimately, my goal is to inspire as many people as I can to live a life filled with purpose, despite the challenges life may throw your way.

Being an Ambassador and volunteer is an incredibly rewarding experience that inspires me to become a better person and, ultimately, a better athlete. It helps me look beyond myself and understand that we are all here to support each other and making a difference in this world.
